Shwe Pyi Nann Thanaka ৫০ গ্রাম হলো মায়ানমারের ঐতিহ্যবাহী ত্বক পরিচর্যার পণ্য, যা থানাকা গাছের গুঁড়ো ছাল থেকে তৈরি। হাজার বছর ধরে মায়ানমারে ব্যবহৃত এ পাউডার ত্বককে ঠাণ্ডা রাখে, সান প্রোটেকশন দেয় এবং ত্বক উজ্জ্বল করে।
ব্যবহারের পদ্ধতি
১. থানাকা পাউডার নিয়ে সামান্য পানি বা গোলাপজল মিশিয়ে মসৃণ পেস্ট তৈরি করুন।
২. পেস্টটি মুখ ও গলার ত্বকে সমানভাবে লাগান, চোখের আশেপাশে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
৩. ১৫-২০ মিনিট শুকাতে দিন।
৪. গরম পানি দিয়ে ধীরে ধীরে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
৫. পরে ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করে ত্বক নরম রাখুন।
